We will ship the package to the exact address that is provided. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. We ship orders Monday – Friday, the following business day, excluding holidays. In most cases, orders placed on Friday will be shipped out Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking and Delivery Time Estimates:You will receive an email with tracking information the evening that your order ships.  You can track your order via, or the website of whichever shipping carrier you selected at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders with standard delivery are 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed. All shipping timeframes represented herein, with the exception of Express Shipping, are an estimate and not a guarantee of arrival date. We do everything we can to get customers their orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes shipping carriers may be delayed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We offer domestic shipping via United States Post Office and UPS. However, our primary shipping provider is USPS.

Domestic Express Shipping: Express Shipping is provided by USPS. There is a guaranteed delivery time of 2 business days within the U.S. The Express Guarantee timeframe starts the following business day after the order is placed. This guarantee will only apply to orders with correct addresses. If we are required to confirm the delivery address, the guaranteed delivery timeframe will begin the following business day after we have confirmed the correct delivery address.

To make an Express Guarantee claim, delivery tracking provided must show the item as “delivered”, after the guaranteed date of arrival. Express shipping is non-refundable unless the package is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe of 2 business days.

Due to the sensitive nature of these shipments, and because of elevated levels of domestic mail theft, Express Shipping delivery requires a signature. If no one is available to accept delivery of the package, USPS will leave a notice you may either sign and leave for them to deliver the package or you may notify them you wish to pick up the package.

To make delivery arrangements you may contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS, and provide your delivery tracking number that was emailed to you in the shipping confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking and be aware of the delivery timeframe. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for Express Shipping unless we have made an error or if the guaranteed timeframe is not met. Packages are delivered to the address exactly as entered when you place your order.

UPS requires an address that is not a PO box, so if you do order UPS, be sure to not have it shipped to a PO box.  If you do, then we will change your shipping to USPS Express International, which may add a couple of days to your shipping time.  Also, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, so if your order is shipped via UPS Next Day shipping on a Friday, it will not arrive on Saturday, but will arrive the next business day on Monday.

Misspelled or Incomplete Addresses: If your delivery address is entered incorrectly, or is incomplete and cannot be automatically cross-verified in our system, your order will be placed on hold with an invalid address status. Orders with invalid addresses are reviewed manually once per day. Upon review, if our team cannot manually verify your address we will contact you via email for clarification. Please be aware that this may extend delivery timeframes until the correct address is received. Any guaranteed delivery timeframe for Express shipments will not begin until the following business day in which we have received and confirmed a valid delivery address.

Order Changes and Cancelations: In most cases, orders are shipped the following business day before business hours. If you would like to change your shipping address, modify the shipping method, or cancel your order you may do so before 5:00pm EST. We cannot make changes or cancel orders after 5:00pm EST of the business day in which you place your order.

International Customers

We ship to any country you would like; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country, and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing or consuming this supplement, or any of its ingredients, is legal in your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. The customer is responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply – that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product. If tracking does not reflect a delivered status or if a returned package is not received within 90 days of your order being shipped, you will be eligible for a refund.

Orders outside the U.S. typically arrive in 10-14 business days from the time the order was placed, depending on the option selected at checkout and your destination. Expedited international delivery is generally between 6-10 business days.

For orders outside the United States, we offer UPS Express shipping, and USPS First Class and Priority shipping options. Delivery tracking for these methods is very limited once the package leaves the United States.

*Please be aware that the delivery timeframes represented are estimates provided by the mail carrier, not guaranties. Although these estimates are usually accurate, delivery times in some countries, like Australia, may be longer due to customs and package processing. This is out of our control.

**Standard Delivery timeframes to APO addresses may vary greatly. Once a package is transferred for APO forwarding, tracking is limited until final delivery. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Express if your order is needed in a specific timeframe. Delivery timeframes on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed with Free Shipping.

Non-receipt of Delivery

If delivery tracking is showing a delivered status but you have not received your package, this may indicate that the packages is potentially lost or stolen. Please contact us immediately to take proper steps that will ensure you receive your order quickly. Before contacting us, please check with your neighbors and all people in your household to make sure they have not received the package for you.

In the event we determine your package to be missing or stolen, a claim will be initiated. You will need to fill out a simple form, sign, and return it to us.

Any reshipped packages will be sent with signature confirmation to ensure the package is received. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive your package, USPS will leave a notice for you to either sign and leave in your mailbox, authorizing the mail carrier to leave the package. The best way to arrange redelivery or pickup is to contact 1-800-ASK-USPS with your new tracking number.

If you do not arrange for delivery, USPS will only hold your package for a short time. It is the customer’s responsibility to watch delivery tracking to make sure you are aware of the current location and status of your delivery.
