I have tried all kinds of diets for years to get off my extra pounds. I lost a few pounds here and there but not enough to make a big difference. I would be on a diet three or four months and only lose five pounds. With HCG I lost 20 pounds in 40 days. That is an average of half a pound a day. At first I lost one to two pounds a day which was exciting.     These drops do help curb my appetite. However I haven’t received my drops I ordered yet. I am currently using a bottle that was given tome to try. That is what prompted me to order my own.
